Presenter: Mr. Ken Turner, Corporate Director of Performance Management
Bon Secours Health System
Mr. Ken Turner is the Corporate Director of Performance Management for Bon Secours Health System. In this role, he is responsible for Performance Engineering and the development of a performance reporting systems across the entire organization. He acts as a coach to assist senior leadership to deploy operational excellence throughout the health system. He has 30 years of experience in health care as a performance engineer, educator and administrator. Ken is a certified instructor in continuous improvement methodology, system and process redesign and leadership development. He holds two undergraduate degrees and a Master's in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Ken received his Master Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma from the Juran Institute in October 2003. In June of 2006, Ken received his Lean Certification from the University of Michigan.
