Recent amendments to FMLA and a complete revision to the Department of Labor regulations have transformed the FMLA landscape that HR professionals have known for the past fifteen years.  In this session, we will discuss the two new leave FMLA leave categories, the changes to the regulations and forms, and actions employers need to take to ensure compliance with the new FMLA.

After this program, you will know:

1.  New FMLA leave categories

2.  Changes in DOL regulations

3.  Required actions for employers

This program has been approved for 1 (General) recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
