Faster pace, broader responsibilities, deeper complexity, more confusion….. Does that describe YOUR WORKPLACE today? We used to think, “Things will get back to normal soon.” Now we know: Change is the NEW Normal. You’d think our organizations would be good at change by now. But we’re not. Most organizations see too many Change Resistors and too few Change Leaders. Why? Not because we don’t WHAT we want to change, but rather because we don’t know that THE PROCESS TO CHANGE IS OF EQUAL IMPORTANCE as the content of the change. Today’s HR Professionals have a unique role in leading change because we are central to the #1 aspect of making change work—OUR WORKFORCE. Come to this engaging session that will stimulate you to think of yourself (maybe for the first time,) as a Change Agent, and how you can lead changes that work in your organization.
As a result of this session, participants will be able to—
1. Be a Leader of Change, Even If You Don’t LOVE Change
2. Identify HR’s Unique Role and Your Unique Strengths in Times of High Change
3. Lead Change That WORKS for Your Organization
