Research shows that 85% of employees use work time to deal with personal financial matters with one-third of employees spending 20 hours a month at work dealing with them. Before the current financial crisis, 60% of workers indicated that they experienced moderate to high levels of financial stress. There is, however, an additional benefit HR managers can provide employees that reduces these unproductive numbers and helps with unexpected job transition should a workforce reduction become necessary at some point in the future.
In this program you will learn:
-
That a high percentage of employees are looking for education on various financial topics from their employers.
-
Financial education seminars can be utilized to help workforces take better advantage of the benefits already offered by employers.
-
That there are seminars to aid employers in helping employees dealing with workforce reduction or other life-changing situations.
