"Human Resource Guide to Employee Financial Wellness"

Financially unwell employees do not make the best decisions for themselves or their employers. Research shows that 12-20 hours per month are lost in productivity by employees discussing their financial affairs or worrying about them.

Participants will learn:

  • How to increase the bottom line by helping distressed employees during financially difficult times
  • How employees’ financial problems affect their bottom line
  • How to help employees make better educated decisions about their finances, debts and retirement accounts
  • Ideas to assist employees so that their bottom line remains unaffected by lost productivity.
