Presenter's Bios:
Shawn Boyer is president and chief executive officer of SnagAJob.com. Boyer has directed the company’s rapid growth from start-up to the nation’s largest hourly job site. His insights on the hourly workforce have appeared in places such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the Associated Press, CNN and in daily newspapers throughout the nation. Boyer was named the 2008 National Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and was recognized by President George W. Bush for successfully creating a Web site to help unemployed Americans find work. SnagAJob.com was also recently selected as the third best small company to work for in America by the Society for Human Resource Management and the Great Place to Work Institute.
Prior to founding SnagAJob.com in 1999, Boyer was a transactional attorney with the law firm of Brown & Wood LLP (now Sidley Austin, LLP). He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Washington & Lee School of Law, and he received his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He currently sits on the boards of these local organizations: Comfort Zone Camp, Sports Backers and the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce.

Greg came to SnagAJob.com in November 2006 from PeoplePoint, a technology-focused human capital consulting firm that he launched in 2001. Prior to PeoplePoint, Greg was the Senior VP of Human Resources at the 5,000-employee Cadmus Communications -- and before that, he was the Corporate VP of HR and Admin for Dyncorp, an information technology firm in Northern Virginia with more than 20,000 employees. Greg also served as the VP of Human Resources for the Information Technology Group of Lockheed Martin in Besthesda, MD. While most of his career has been in human resources, Greg also served as a Public School Administrator and teach early in his career. He holds an MS with honors from Temple University and a BS with honors from Elizabethtown College.
