HRSHRM Mentor Program
The Hampton Roads Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management has created a Mentor Program that will allow for Students and Professionals to be paired based on the mentor’s areas of expertise and the students areas of interest.
Our Mission: Working Together With a Common Goal of Enhancing the Network of Current and Future HR Professionals. Our Vision: To be recognized as HR experts and leaders by sharing knowledge, offering encouragement, being good listeners, and clarifying professional goals to ensure career success. Mentors/Student Areas of expertise and interest will be in:

- Staffing/Recruitment Planning
|
|
- Employee and Labor Relations
|
- And other areas of interest
|
Mentor- 5 years of Human Resources Experience Required and HR Certification Preferred
Students- Must be a National SHRM Member
Applications for Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management (HRSHRM) Mentor Program are now being accepted
The HRSHRM Mentor Program begins: March 17th – June 23, 2012- with a required once a month face-to-face meeting with the protégé’. Other structured program activities are provided as well.
