Kerri E. Arnold, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an Engagement Leader for Newport Group’s Compensation Consulting Services team. She is a senior certified Human Resources professional, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, with twenty + years of HR and Compensation experience. For over ten years, Kerri has been an HR Compensation consultant and advisor for small and medium sized businesses, and also has 10 years of experience as a corporate HR professional.

Ms. Arnold’s areas of expertise include providing valued solutions and advice to HR Leaders, business owners, and corporate HR teams on employee compensation practices & programs. She develops strategic and tactical solutions for workforce and executive base pay, incentive, and pay structure design to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
