Sponsorship Opportunities
Our chapter sponsorship program affords companies the maximum value for their investment. This sponsorship connects human resource professionals, businesses and the local community by enabling HRSHRM to expand the monthly forums for educational opportunities, professional development and networking events.
With nearly 600 regional members we have representation from small, mid-size, and large area companies. Our members represent all levels of Human Resource professionals, from generalists and HR Managers to Vice Presidents and Officers. A chapter sponsorship with HRSHRM provides the opportunity for your company to market your product or service to this extensive membership.
Sponsorships are limited; please review the summary of the benefits provided at each level.
Platinum - $4,000
- Top Billing as the Platinum Partner on all marketing materials with company logo displayed at HRSHM.org as the Platinum Partner.
- Active link on HRSHRM.org as “Featured Partner” for one month, three times during the calendar year.
- Acknowledgement in all monthly meetings and all information emails.
- Opportunity to place two company events or press release on HRSHRM within 30 days of the event and included in monthly broadcast email.
- Company logo on HRSHRM Partnership banner displayed at each monthly meeting.
- Two complimentary meeting registrations for each regular monthly programs, over an $800 dollar value.
- Three-to-five-minute presentation time at two meetings as “Featured Partner” and optional table display.
- Nametag ribbons are provided at each monthly meeting to Company attendees identifying Company as Platinum Partner.
- Opportunity to place promotional materials at check-in area or at place settings for all in-person meetings and one PDF document for virtual/hybrid meetings.
Gold - $3,000
- Company logo listed as second billing partner on all marketing materials with company logo on display at HRSHRM.org as a Gold Partner.
- Active link on HRSHRM.org as “Featured Partner” for two months’ during the calendar year.
- Acknowledgement at all monthly meetings and in all information emails for six months.
- Opportunity to place HR-related event on HRSHRM.org within 30 days of event date; included in one monthly broadcast email.
- Company logo on HRSHRM Partnership banner displayed at each monthly meeting.
- One complimentary meeting registration for each regular monthly programs, over a $450 dollar value.
- Three-to-five-minute presentation time permitted at one meeting as “Featured Partner” and optional table display.
