The COVID-19 pandemic sparked an immediate uptick in remote working across the globe, impacting millions of workers. Now, as organizations contemplate plans for reopening and supporting hybrid work, one thing has been top of mind—company culture. This session will explore how remote work has impacted company culture, and how the drivers of culture have shifted over the course of 2020-2021. In addition, we will explore the perceived challenges remote work poses to company culture, and discuss ways to move forward with a human centric approach to work.

You’ll be able to:

  1. Describe the impact remote work has had on Company Culture.
  2. Understand what drives culture and how that has shifted over time.
  3. Discuss data centered on the perceived challenges remote work poses for company culture.
  4. Understand ways to support company culture in a remote/hybrid world of work
