If OSHA knocks, don’t panic. Just be ready. Join Courtney Malveaux, a former Labor Commissioner who enforced OSHA and now defends employers in OSHA citations, in an interactive discussion about ways to score points and avoid landmines before, during and after an OSHA inspection.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn ways to reduce the impact of a citation before OSHA knocks
- Gain practical tips to maximize the information the agency is gathering during an inspection
- Discuss post-inspection strategies when preparing for a potential citation
