She founded Kadima Leadership in 2018 with the purpose of inspiring leaders to make intentional choices. Danielle partners with leaders who are committed to influencing their culture in a way that will empower their people, optimize their time, and ultimately drive the bottom line.
She has become a collector and creator of tools and frameworks that simplify the cultural transformation which enhance individual’s personal and professional experience.
